Five Star Chef Robert Matrone did his culinary study abroad program in Rome, Italy in 1999. He continued his studies at “Mama Melrose” in Walt Disney World, Hollywood Studios in Orlando Florida in 2003. In 2004, Chef opened Frankie’s Bistro in Syracuse, NY. Frankie’s was a popular upscale Italian Restaurant for fifteen years. In 2016, he went to Las Vegas to further hone his skills in fine dining as a Chef at Andiamo Steak House, Gallagher’s Steak House and the famous Canaletto at the Venetian. In the summer of 2018, Lakeshore welcomed Five Star Chef Robert Matrone to the family.
